We are pleased to offer this nice village house with huge potential and in a lovely location with all facilities close by. Only 3 minutes from the Spanish Town of Manuel with all services and facilities and just 10 minutes from the sought after area of Xativa.

 

The main house consists of: on the first floor, traditional Spanish entrace door into hallway with 2 double bedrooms leading off the hall. The hall goes into an L-shape leading you into the large (40sqm) lounge area with open fire place. There is a door covering the stairwell to the second floor.
