The views from the villa are absolutely breath-taking and you can see the village of Canals, through the mountains and hills that are to the rear of the property. To the front there are more mountains, with pine forests and protected areas. There are a handful of other Spanish villas fairly close by so although you have the feeling of privacy this is not isolated, just beautifully peaceful.

The country lane access to the property is good although not tarmac and gives easy access to the many local routes and autovia to Valencia and Alicante. So you have easy access to airports and also the award winning beaches of Gandia which are about 40 mins by car. The nearest golf course at present is Oliva which is about 50 mins, but there are plans for a golf course in Bixquert/Bolvens, although we are still waiting confirmation as to when. Bixquert has a small driving range and also 2 tennis clubs with restaurants and there is also a lovely tennis club in Canals only a few minutes away.

The property has a 'state of the art' solar/wind power and generator electricity system installed, although land electric is possible in this area. However the system installed here is perfectly sufficient for normal family living and of course there are no bills.

The property is ready to move and start living, with no work required other than to unpack your cases and start living life Spanish style...
