Xativa has all facilities including train station with regular services to Valencia and Alicante and easy access from here to other parts of Spain such as Madrid. The new motorways and roads mean that this up and coming area offers easy access for all routes and great access to the airports.

Gandia beach is about 40 mins and Oliva Nova Golf about 45 and its about 45 mins to golf in Valencia.
