We are located 3km from Xativa, Valencia. Our office is in the little village of Lloc Nou D'En Fenollet just 3 km from Xativa and we also have an office for appointments only in Simat de la Valldigna, Valencia. The address of our main office is : Calle Francisco Perello 3, Planta 1, LLoc Nou D'En Fenollet, Valencia and our appointment only office is Carrer Tavernes 10, 46750, Simat de la Valldigna, Valencia. Please telephone or email for appointment and we can send you directions, although there are directions on our home page.

To get to Xativa, Coming from the A7 motorway from Valencia take the Tavernes exit (J60) then follow the signs through Tavernes, Simat, round the mountain, passing Pla de Corrals and Barxeta, Lloc Nou D'En Fenollet, keep going until you arrive at the Bull Ring roundabout in Xativa.

Coming from A7 from Alicante Take the Gandia exit (J61) turn left when you leave the tolls following the signs to Gandia.

You will pass through a few small towns and then come to a large roundabout just before the town of Gandia.

At this roundabout you follow the signs for Albaida (effectively a left turn).

Approx 500 meters down this road there is a slip road off to the right, again signposted Albaida, take this slip down to a roundabout and continue to follow Albaida (another effectively left turn).

From here you will start to pick up the signs for Xativa.

You will pass through several small towns and villages, just stay on the main road following Xativa signs.

Eventually you will take a right slip road following the signs to Xativa. You will go round a few mountain roads and eventually through the village of Genoves which is the last village before you hit the town of Xativa.

As you come into Xativa, you will come to the Bull Ring roundabout, a large roundabout with many fountains on it. Here you go round as if you were taking a left turn, following the road straight into the town.

Valencian Community

This Mediterranean region, located in the East of Spain, is famous for its magnificent orange groves, breathtaking countryside and the beauty of its long beaches. There has been a harmonious blending of Mediterranean traditions here while the centuries of

Moorish presence have resulted in a profound Hispano-Moorish heritage.

This Autonomous Community is a prototypical example of the "Mediterranean Spain", with a fantastic climate and more than 500 kilometers of coast. It is decidedly one of the country's most touristical areas.

If you want to discover more than just sun and sand, you will find remains of most remote civilizations, Phoenicians, Greeks, Iberians and Romans. The Moorish legacy is still present in traditional artisany and agriculture with its praised oranges as well as rice. The conquests of Jaime de Aragon led to the foundation of the kingdom of Valencia, more or less at the territiory of todays Community.

About Valencia

One of the biggest cities in Spain, and among the most livelies.

It is located at the Mediterranean sea, and you will find beaches right in the very heart of it.

During the summer-months it is heavily visited by tourists, and if you want to spend holidays at the beach, with fantastic possibilities for any kind of sports (golf, diving, cycling, tennis, etc. are all very popular here) and a boiling nightlife, together with an ample cultural offer, then Valencia is the place for you.

Important trade fairs confirm Valencia's position as one of the most dynamic cities in Spain.

After all that probably you will get hungry , and you have the chance to try Spain's most famous food right where it was born: "Paella Valenciana"Then Valencia is of course the city where "El Cid", Spain's national hero, fought against the Moors, and popular festivals in the city and many villages around still remind of this epoch.
