If you are looking for a holiday villa in a lovely quiet location within easy access of all facilities and close to the popular town of Xativa, with views over the town and of the Castle, then search no more.

Villa Mariola is a lovely 4 bedroom villa within a 5 minute walk to Rotgla and only 5 mins by car to Xativa.

The villa has 4 bedroom, 2 with fitted wardrobes, a family shower-room wth walk-in cubicle shower, vanity sink, w.c. and bidet. A large lounge with feature log burning fireplace (not needed in summer but great in the winter, fully fitted american style kitchen with ample base and wall units, plus oven with hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. The lounge leads out to the large covered Naya with views to the Castle of Xativa and the Valencian countryside.

There is a beautiful terrace area to the side of the villa with a fully filtered swimming pool, border gardens and plenty of sunbathing terrace plus eating area and BBQ.

There is a lovely gated driveway to the property and the road to the villa is all newly tarmaced! So not a rough campo road, but a nice smooth drive.

The villa has a large orange grove to the front and there are other trees including nespero, an exotic fruit of Spain. The surrounding area is of orange groves with villas dotted around in the countryside.

This villa is in a lovely location with the most fantastic views and easy access to anywhere, including being walking distance to the local village of Rotgla with bars, restaurants, schools, health centre, shops etc.. and only a 5 min drive to the vibrant town of Xativa with its Castle and history and all main facilities including Hospital, train station connecting you to all major routes like Valencia, Alicante etc., plus the motorway which is just a few minutes drive making easy access to all major routes and areas in Spain.

Valencia airport is just 40 mins and the award winning beaches of Gandia also 40 mins.

Alicante airport is approx 1 hour 30 mins and Valencia City is only 45 mins.

There are many things to do around the area including walking, hiking, horse-riding, golg is approx 40 mins by car. The town of Xativa has everything from chic shops, bars and restaurants to a modern shopping centre. The town is full of history and the castle is a great place to visit. There is an a la carte restaurant at the top by the castle and also another half way up which is a super place for special occassions.

We are able to offer VIP tours to Valencia city, Helicoptor sightseeing trips, days out to popular places like Benidorm, Gandia, Javea, Denia etc and golfing days out. We can also provide you with in-house catering services and entertainment at your villa for parties and special occassions if required. Just ask when making your reservation if you are interested in other services.

PRICES:

LOW SEASON: From 440 euros per week.

MID SEASON: From 614 euros per week.

HIGH SEASON: From 789 euros per week.

For all other services please ask the agent when you make your reservation for prices.

All reservations require a 25% non refundable deposit to secure your booking.
