A Stunning and spacious 2 x 4 bedroom villas on two separate floors accompanied by a large 12m x 6m filtered swimming pool, sleeps up to 20 people in comfort.
If only one villa is required the 2nd villa stays unoccupied for the whole duration of your stay, thus giving total exclusiveness of the grounds and pool.
There are 2 fully equipped kitchens for self catering plus dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster etc.
A welcome lunch of filled rolls and nibbles is prepared for your arrival.
Enjoy your holiday in this charming spanish villa a few minutes to the town of Canals and about 10 mins drive to the popular town of Xativa with its Castle overlooking the town.
The villa is set in amongst the orange groves with mountain views. Ideal for large groups, families, business organisations. The villa offers part air conditioning and there are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge areas. Broadband internet access is available in the 1st floor villa.
For entertainment there is English statelite TV, DVD, Video, PS2 (please bring your own controller & memory card), a games room in the ground floor villa, many board games, full size free play Pool table, darts, table football and stereo system inside and outside.
Around the pool area there are plenty of sunbathing loungers plus a lovely seating area for dining 'Al Fresco' plus pool side bar and BBQ.
Ceiling Party lights in the ground floor villa and external coloured lights around the pool area. Ideal for birthday parties and celebrations.
