There is a lovely dip pool with sun terrace which has spectacular countryside and mountain views. As the property is not overlooked this is superb for all over tanning!

The current owners have fenced and gated approx 1200m2 for their garden area which is well maintained and designed for low maintenance, the rest of the plot is mainly olive trees and also some carab trees. There is a lovely driveway and the road leading to the property is not a track but a nice road making it easy access to the local village of Bolbaite.

It is about 5 mins by car (3 km) to the village of Bolbaite which is a very picturesque real 'Spanish' village that has shops, bars, doctors and health centre, bus service Monday to Saturday to Valencia and also a further service to the historic large town of Xativa with easy links from there to Valencia and Alicante.

Bolbaite has its own 'Lagoon' for swimming in the summer and is an area of natural beauty with many areas for walking, hiking, cycling etc.

Valencia airport is 1 hour and Alicante about 90 mins. Nearest Golf is in Valencia which is about an hour and Gandia blue flag beach is only an hour away.
