Golf at Oliva Nova is 50 mins and there are a few courses nearer to Valencia all around 45 minutes by car. With Valencia airport only 45 minutes by car this also makes it great for holidays.

For permanent living, again the location is ideal for families with children as the village has its own school and also a free bus service for teenagers to go to the senior schools in Xativa town. Shops, butchers, bakers, tabacos, farmacy, doctors, in fact everything you need for day to day normal living.
