Our local town of Cheste is 8 km away. Approx 5mins drive. It has two supermarkets, plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants. Market day is Friday.  The property is also only 2KM from the Cheste Circuit!!!

The Valencia airport is only 15mins by car.

The city of Valencia is a 20/25min drive away.

The train from Cheste to the city takes 35mins. The race circuit train stop takes only 30mins.

We are situated to the rear of the Ricardo Tormo Race Circuit. Approx 3km away. The circuit train stop is only 2km away (20mins walk).

We are only a 25/30min drive away from the coast line. Malvarrosa and El Saler have lovely clean beaches and Alboraya has a beautiful colourful marina.
