The land was surveyed by a well know local surveyor, and along with villa plans, drawn by a well known architect from Arquitectos Asociados in Muro de Alcoy, were passed to the town council re. the development of the land. The outcome of which was very favourable meetings with the Mayor and town Architect. The planning law here stands at 1 unit per 10,000 sq.mtrs. to a maximum floor area between 1.5% to 3%.
