The villa
is fully air conditioned though out for the summer
and the winter. It has a fitted kitchen with
breakfast bar that is open with the living area. Off
the kitchen is a small utility area with the washing
machine. The living area has comfortable easy chairs.
The villa is equipped with satellite TV (you will need
to bring your own sky card) DVD and video player
and a stereo system. There are 3 large bedrooms,
two twin bedded and one double bedded. There are
2 built-in wardrobes and bedside tables with a table
lamps in all rooms.
Outside on the veranda
is a large table with 6 garden chairs, 4 sunloungers
and chairs by the pool, which is approximately 7m
from the villa.
PLEASE NOTE: Prices are quoted
in Euros (€) or Pounds Sterling (£) with an exchange
rate of 1.4. The amount will be affected up or down depending
on the rate at the time of your booking. All reservations require
a 20% non-refundable deposit with your booking, with the balance
due 8 weeks prior to your stay. If you are making a late booking
ie less than 4 weeks before you arrive, the payment in full
will be required. You are advised to always take out travel
insurance when travelling abroad.
REFUNDS: No refunds are made if cancellation is received
within the 4 weeks prior to your stay. All cancellations
carry a minimum of 20% handling fee.
