1. SPANISH FULL MONTYS S.L. HOLIDAY RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and condtions contain some exclusions and limitations of liability. If any part of the conditions proves to be not valid or unenforceable, the rest of the conditions will remain valid. The invalid or unenforceable conditions will be deemed as supplanted by an enforceable and valid form conveying the same meaning. Any dispute will be governed by the non-exclusive law and jurisdiction of the Spanish Courts.

Your booking your holiday through our office or website is conditional on you accepting the terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not proceed with your booking. By completing your booking form you accept that you have read, understood and accepted the terms. If there is any part that you do not fully understand, or if you have a query on the product, please contact Spanish Full Monty S.L.

On submitting your reservation for one of our products, Spanish Full Monty S.L. will confirm your reservation by email and supply a voucher which should be printed and presented to the person who meets you on your arrival. Spanish Full Monty S.L. will not have any contract with you for the supply of any product of service at the price offered until your booking is confirmed and Spanish Full Monty S.L. has received payment. 2. MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Spanish Full Monty S.L. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice and you agree that your continued use of the service will be conditional upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.

3. HOW TO BOOK YOUR ACCOMMODATION?

Simply complete the details in the booking form provided, read the terms and conditions, then sign, print name and date the booking form and return together with either your payment or confirmation of transfer to our office:

NB: The person who completes the booking form must have the authority to do so on behalf of all the other travellers in the group, confirms that the people named on it accept the booking conditions, and is responsible for the full cost of the accommodation, including any cancellation or amendment charges. He/She will inform other members of the party of confirmation details and any other appropriate information.

4. AGE AND RESPONSIBILITY

You warrant that you are 18 years of age or over and have legal capacity to use the services of Spanish Full Monty S.L., and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of using this service.

You warrant that all personal information submitted on the booking form is correct. You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.

5. WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION

The basic accommodation cost includes the following:

• Accommodation as confirmed in the booking form, website details or email information
• Meet & Greet service
• VAT on all holidays in EC countries

6. WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED

The basic accommodation cost DOES NOT include the following:

• Transfers between airport and accommodation
• Excursions and other personal expenditure
• Additional charges for rooms, meals or under-occupancy in apartments.
• Charges that villa owners, hotels or apartments may make for facilities such as cots, parking, minibus or taxi
• Deposits requested on arrival by apartment/villa owners.

7. PAYMENT

At the time of making your reservation, the payment as described on the booking form must be remitted with the signed booking form.

8. BOOKING CANCELLATIONS OF MODIFICATION

You may cancel your booking by contacting Spanish Full Monty S.L. by email, fax, phone or normal mail. You will be advised at the time of booking what charges will apply as a cancellation fee, according to the individual hotel/apartment or villa. The possibility of amending the reservation depends on the applicable rate. Certain rates cannot be modified. Modifications involving a partial cancellation of reduction in number of nights within the timescale that cancellation fees apply, may also be subject to this charge. No shows are subject to cancellation charges of 100% of the amount paid. Proceeding with your reservation means you expressly accept such charges.

9. BEFORE YOU TRAVEL

Spanish Full Monty S.L., is not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to any particular destination. The British Foreign and Commonwealth Office helps travellers stay safe overseas. Check the FCO website at www.fco.gov.uk/knowbeforeyougo for latest advice on conditions in, and general information concerning specific countries. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the relevant visa for the country your are visiting, plus any inoculations required.

10. INSURANCE

You are strongly advised to travel with adequate travel insurance, as the cost of medical expenses overseas can be very high if you suffer an accident or illness.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

Force Majeure shall include (but is not limited to) government interventions, war or threat of war, civil commotion, fire, flood, earthquake, accident, storm, terrorist attack or industrial action affecting Spanish Full Monty S.L. or its suppliers.

12. COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint you must tell the accommodation reception/management agent/owner immediately to enable them to take action to rectify the situation. Spanish Full Month S.L. cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages caused by acts, omissions or negligence of any third party supplier.

13. DISCLAIMER

The information on our website, brochure or booking details are posted/offered in good faith but Spanish Full Monty S.L. cannot guarantee that it is completely free from inaccuracies and typographical erros and does not accept liability for any error or omission on either the website or in written documentation.

17. SPANISH FULL MONTY S.L. HOLIDAY PROMOTIONS

As a token of our appreciation for your custom, we award a discount voucher of £50 for future bookings, chosen at random from our database each year. This is simply on the basis that the more bookings we have the more discounts we can offer to lucky customers. If yours is one of the selected reservations we will inform you and send you a discount voucher through normal mail. This voucher can be redeemed within the time period indicated on the voucher against your next holiday booking with us. Unfortunately these vouchers can only be redeemed by Spanish Full Monty S.L. - We hope you have a very enjoyable holiday with us.
